Any company that we work with to provide services to you that deals with your Personal Data is also required by us to have confidentiality policies in place. We are constantly reviewing information security measures and safeguards so as to ensure that our security measures are in accordance with internet industry standards to protect against unauthorized persons accessing our customers’ Personal Data. This Service is intended for use in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States. If using the Services from outside the United States, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Data will be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in the United States.

In certain circumstances providing Personal Data is optional. However, if you choose not to provide Personal Data that is needed to use some features of the Service, you may be unable to use those features. You can also contact us to ask us to update or correct your Personal Data.

10. Additional California Disclosures.

Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals: We and our third party service providers, including Facebook, may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Service and use that information to send targeted advertisements. Our Service currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.
